The 2023 Malaysian foreign Food and Beverage Trade Fair (MIFB) will be a worldwide food trade highlight with 350 local and foreign exhibitors.
National produce and food technologies will have hundreds of brands for food security.
Greece, Hong Kong S.A.R., Japan, P.R. China, Poland, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand will headline MIFB 2023 at KLCC from July 12 to 14.
MIFB 2023 will highlight global food and beverage (F&B) networks as drivers of economic growth and security, reflecting Malaysia’s increasing focus on international commerce.

The Korea Agro-Fisheries Food Trade Corporation (aT) will represent South Korea at MIFB this year, bringing its unique agricultural and fisheries products to Malaysia.
After the recent trade tour that garnered RM4 billion in prospective imports, aT Centre Kuala Lumpur Managing Director Jang Jae Hyung said their involvement in MIFB 2023 is a timely opportunity to add food alliances in South Korea-Malaysia discussions.
“Besides seizing unique networking opportunities with local agricultural stakeholders, we anticipate exchanging solutions about sustainable agriculture and fishing, changes in the distribution environment, as well as new production and consumption trends,” he said.
Polish apples will be at MIFB 2023. Fruit Union, the largest Polish fruit and vegetable trade organisation, will attend.
Arkadiusz Gaik, president of the Association of Polish Fruit and Vegetable Distributors, said Malaysia grows and enjoys a wide array of popular global fruits as a tropical nation.
“We look forward to introducing the finest of European apples to the Malaysian public and F&B industry players, and facilitating discussions on sustainable fruit farming across different climates and terrains,” he said.

The event’s first food recycling machine will turn exhibitors’ food waste into compost for agriculture and soil quality.
