Speaking of the modifications that led to an increase in the number of returning guests to the hotel Banerjee stated, “Right after the second shutdown, in June 2021, I joined Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla. By developing a comprehensive business and communication plan with a focus on our domestic clientele, the adventure got underway. Launching concepts like Staycations, Work-cations, Dial-A-Chef, Office Spaces, Takeaway Happiness menu, and others was part of this.
