ITC Hotels announced that it had signed a management contract with Pravez Constructions Private Limited for the Welcomhotel Kalimpong resort. In addition to luxurious rooms with breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the valley, this 70-key greenfield upper-upscale project on 4 acres will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge, a bar, and a specialty restaurant, as well as a variety of recreational amenities like a fitness center, kids’ club, games room, library, and spa. The gorgeous resort will have indoor and outdoor event spaces totaling more than 15,000 square feet.
With the planned Welcomhotel Kalimpong, ITC’s Hotel Group will have a strong presence in West Bengal with 8 hotels in a variety of segments, according to Anil Chadha, Divisional Chief Executive, ITC Hotels.
