PUNE Due to the one-hour closure to install overhead gantries, traffic jams are likely to occur on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway.

According to a representative of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the Pune-bound expressway lane will be closed to traffic from 12 to 1 pm so that gantries can be installed as part of the Highway Management System close to Adoshi.

The installation of gantries near Adoshi as part of the Highway Management System would cause traffic to be blocked on the Pune-bound lanes of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Monday from 12 to 1 pm, according to an MSRDC release.

At this point, all traffic heading toward Pune will be stopped. After the aforementioned work is finished, traffic heading towards Pune will resume at 1:00.
