Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s top low-cost carrier, has recently included pre-ordering through their online Duty Free and On-Board shop in an effort to make travelling with them more convenient. The Jazeera Duty Free or On-Board shop offers a large selection of upscale fragrances, jewellery, electronics, cigarettes, and other gift items that passengers can choose to pre-order and have delivered on their journey.

When booking flights up to 24 hours in advance using the Jazeera website (www.jazeeraairways.com) or app, customers only need to add any extras from the Travel Extras option. A debit or credit card can be used to make any purchase securely and discreetly. The delivery of items to passengers will occur during flight.

All pre-ordered items will cost up to 15% cheaper than those bought on board. Additionally, before their journey, customers can still book in-flight meals from J Café.

Jazeera Airways’ General Manager of Duty Free, Andrew Kendall, commented on the idea, saying, “We are happy to be the first Middle Eastern low cost carrier to provide this pre-ordering service. At Jazeera, we work hard to provide a convenient and economical travel experience for all of our customers. Passengers can travel light and take advantage of the many savings and offers by pre-ordering items from our Duty Free and On-Board shops.

There are currently around 63 destinations served by Jazeera Airways in the Middle East, Africa, Central and South Asia, as well as Europe. The majority of locations in the Jazeera network are covered by the pre-order promotion.
