VISA SERVICE CONTRACT

THIS CONTRACT IS TO BE READ SUBJECT TO YOUR RIGHTS AS PER THE CONTRACT OF LEGAL AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN STARFISH TRAVEL CORPORATION AND THE CLIENT.

  1. There is no refund in case of visa rejection for any reason or if the file goes on hold.
  2. If the Client does not co-operate in filing the case with full documents required, at the visa office or embassy / high commission or any authorized party by the consulate of the respective country..
  3. No refund if the file goes on hold or gets rejected. The company shall not be liable for any delay on part of govt. authorities and foreign embassies.
  4. The case gets rejected or visa is revoked due to the furnishing of false information, misrepresentation, fraud, and failure by the client to adhere to the terms and conditions this Agreement or withholding any relevant information at any time during the processing of the application or at the time of the interview with the Visa Office.
  5. If the client is not coordinating/ giving a positive response regarding his/her case, then his/her case will be closed automatically which cannot be reopened and in such case, no request for refund will be entertained.
  6. If the client does not show up for a visa interview or does not clear the visa interview.
  7. Lack of medicals provided by an applicant or his family.
  8. There is no compensation if the clients fail to pass qualification credentials or educational credentials laid by the immigration authorities.
  9. In case of visa rejection/ application refusal by the embassy, the application of the client will be closed from Starfish without any prior notification and Starfish will not be liable for any refund or services towards the candidate.
  10. If the client is not sending the original legal contract to the company within 1 week after receiving the contract then his/her case will go on hold and considered as closed. They cannot claim the refund.
  11. Starfish Travel Corporation is not responsible if the Education Credentials or standards do not qualify or match by the recognized authorized education council of the respective country.
  12. Starfish Travel Corporation is not responsible if the client provides any fraudulent documents as the process is legal.
  13. Starfish Travel Corporation is not responsible for any refund if the client withdraws the case due to uncertain reasons or any personal reasons.
  14. The filing process starts after the full payment has been done and approval is received for the above mentioned T&C.
  15. All disputes and arguments are subject to Delhi Jurisdictions.
  16. Standard courier charges will be applicable extra: INR 750/- per passport pan India (if used).
