Business Visa Documents Checklist

1. Valid Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
   
2. Digital Photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background and matte finish).
   
3. Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested & signed by the bank)
   
4. Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 2 years) for Salaried
   
5. Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 3 years) for Self Employed
   Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer etc.)
   
6. Proof of Ownership of Properties, Fixed Deposits, Provident Fund etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
   
7. Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Hold Voucher & Flight Tickets Hold of Return/Round trip.
   
8. If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account
   
9. If Retired : Pension Statement of the last 6 months , Retirement Letter
   
10. 1 year Salary Slip
    
11. If you have traveled South Africa previously , then you must provide the visa copy.
    
12. If married , you must provide marriage certificate.
    
13. If you are working, you can provide Offer Letter / Joining Letter.
14. Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer etc.) in both Tourist & Business of South Korea
15. You have to show invitation letter from South Korea Company , Business visa . Proof of Business of inviting Korean company.
