Nishith Kumar has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SKIL Corporate Travel, a top domestic end-to-end hospitality solutions provider with a focus on lodging, events, MICE, and ground transportation, among other things. Nishith has worked with companies like Taj & Hilton and is a seasoned member of the HR community in India’s hospitality sector. Nishith is here to change the way SKIL develops its team because he has a thorough understanding of human resources and a passion for creating high-performing teams.

Previously, Nishith worked for Quality CARE India Limited in Hyderabad as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Automation, where he made a significant contribution to the organization’s People Management strategy. His career path started in the hotel and restaurant sector, where he started out as an HR Management Trainee with IHCL in Mumbai. He spent seven years with IHCL where he acquired priceless HR management experience before moving on to Hilton worldwide.
