  • Cruise Gratuity (directly payable on cruise)
  • Any increase in Airfare, Airport Taxes, Fuel surcharges, YQ tax, any New tax to be paid Extra.
  • Courier charges for any documentation delivery inside or outside of Delhi.

  2. The above quote is just an initial proposal based on your requirements. Hotel Rooms and rates are valid as of now & both hotel rooms availability and rates may change at the time of actual booking & reservation, and we cannot guarantee on the same, once you freeze on a particular offered hotels option and interested in our offer, we can then check actual availability and rates at the time of actual booking.
  3. Mentioned rates are based on present R.O.E (rate of exchange)
  4. Room Category: All the below hotel room categories are based on the first basic entry level Room Type of the Hotel, if you need any specific Club or Suite Room then rates will change as per the particular Room Requirements.
  5. Booking should be confirmed by a reverted E-mail on the trail mail related to the package details.
  6. A non-refundable amount of INR 20,000/- per passenger OR 50% of the package cost (whichever is higher), along with the passport copies (first & last pages) of all passengers, is required for the booking confirmation.
  7. 100% of total package cost might be required in case of non-refundable Airfares/Hotels.
  8. Granting of Visa is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate and has no bearing on the above payment schedule.
  9. Visa fee or any other Tax as levied by GOI (presently calculated as on current date)
  10. Please check all the inclusions and exclusions before confirming the service.
  11. Cancellation policy is non-negotiable and is applicable from the moment a package/ticket is confirmed one mail by the client/customer.
  12. Child means year 3 – 11 years old. At some attractions, the child cost would be considered base on height and not as per age.
  13. Guests need to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tour tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
  14. Starfish Travel Corporation will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay/rescheduling by any airline/cruise for any sector.
  15. All flights, hotels, restaurants are subjected to change without prior notice.
  16. Itineraries/sight seeing’s/tours can be altered/changed/amended at any point of time for availability.
  17. Double room is subject to availability.
  18. Please note that international standard check in time in all hotels is 1400hrs. – 1500hrs. local time & check out time is 1100hrs. – 1200hrs. local time. Clients arriving earlier than standard check in time, they might have to wait to get their room. While clients want to use their room longer after the standard check out time they might be charged by the hotel with additional cost.
  19. Any Cancellation or Failure to arrive for any services/tours/transfers will be treated as no show and is strictly non-refundable as per the Company/hotel/airline Policy.
    Please be informed that our driver/tour guide will leave clients after 15 minutes waiting (for private) and 05 minutes waiting (for SIC).
  20. Shall passengers not show up on the dedicated pick up time, is not applicable for any pick up of excursions and no refund or re-arrangement will be granted hence punctuality of client is highly appreciated.
  21. Shall clients have a preferred pick up time for tours they can always discuss it with our guide well in advance for the possibility.
  22. Majority of hotels ask for security deposits upon check-in for any additional utilize in hotel.
  23. There will be no refunds for any unutilized services.
