Kerala now has more than 4500 bus connections thanks to Cleartrip, a Flipkart brand, which aims to make bus travel easier and more convenient. In order to provide a wide range of bus options for passengers worldwide, the company has worked with the Kerala State Transportation Corporation (KSRTC) and top private operators.
In order to guarantee better travel connectivity, Cleartrip started offering bus services early this year. It aspires to become India’s largest bus network and now has an inventory of 10 million bus connections. Since its debut, the company has experienced month-over-month growth of more than 100%.
Karthick Prabu, Head of Strategy at Cleartrip, commented on the development by saying, “Kerala, aptly dubbed as God’s Own Country, has remained to be one of the most sought-after locations. We are glad to be working with KSRTC, and we anticipate improving road connections to facilitate both interstate and intrastate travel while enhancing Kerala’s tourism.
Through unparalleled flexibility and openness, Cleartrip has successfully fulfilled important user needs with the new bus service. A 24-hour voice helpdesk, no convenience costs, supercoins earned for each bus reservation, 24-hour refunds, and self-serve cancellation are a few notable features. In a recent benchmarking analysis, Cleartrip was ranked as the second-largest OTA competitor due to its adherence to value-for-money principles and expanding its flight, hotel, and bus options.
