Once your payment is confirmed, relax and wait for your approval letter via email within 2-3 business days. Print this letter as it’s required upon arrival in Vietnam along with additional documents like passport, photos, and entry/exit form. Upon landing in Vietnam, proceed to the immigration counter where you will submit your approval letter, passport, photos, and pay the stamping fee in cash. Voila!
