Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist

1. Valid Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
   
2. Signed Visa Form by the Traveler/Applicant with 2 Photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background and matte finish).(Hard Copy)
   
3. Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested & signed by the bank)
   
4. Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 3 years)
   
5. Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer, Salary Slips from Employer etc.)
   
6. Proof of Ownership of Properties, Fixed Deposits, Provident Funds etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
   
7. Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & Flight Tickets Copies.
   
8. Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire duration of the trip valid in Schengen area. The minimum coverage is 30,000 Euros
   
9. If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account
   
10. If you have traveled Schengen Area previously, then you must provide the visa copy.
    
11. If married, you must provide marriage certificate.

• Additional documents might be asked by the Embassy.

Business Visa Documents Checklist

Study Visa Documents Checklist

1. Two photocopies of All your passport Data Page.
2. APS Certificate (Apply through us-For Germany)
3. CV
4. Statement Of Purpose Birth certificate (If minor)
5. Marriage certificate (if applicable).
6. Recent passport – style photographs (up to 3).
7. Photocopies of previous German residence titles (if applicable)
8. Proof of Financial Resources – €11,904 deposit confirmation at German blocked bank account (May vary as per requirement)
9. Proof Of Sufficient funds (Bank Account Statements for 3-6 months attested and signed by bank officials)
10. Confirmation of admission – issued from a recognized German educational institution, indicating your program start date and language of instruction.
11. Evidence of Previous Qualifications – Submit official documents and notarized copies of the academic qualifications
12. Travel Health Insurance
13. Proof of German or English Proficiency – Typically, a minimum B2 level in German and/or English is required for student visas.
