Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist
- Original Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
- Original 2 Photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background and matte finish). (Hard Copy)
- Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested & signed by the bank)
- Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer, Salary Slips from Employer etc.)
- Hotel Confirm Voucher & Flight Tickets Hold Confirm.
- Self Attest Pan Card /Aadhar Card
- If sponsored , then sponsorship letter will be required
- Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire duration of the trip valid in Turkey. (It is included in Turkey Gateway Fee)
- If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account

Business Visa Documents Checklist

- Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 3 years) (Scanned)
- Proof of Ownership of Properties, Provident Funds etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
- Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & Flight Tickets Copies.
- Cover letter must be required.
- If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account
- Chamber of Commerce letter: It must be provided in English as well as in Spanish and should be attested by notary.
- It must be original and issued from the respective Chamber of Commerce.
- The letter of invitation from the company submitted should match the following criteria.
- It must contain the signature of the authority along with the designation, name of the company and the stamp.
- It must mention the contact details, the purpose of travel, sponsorship details and other important documents.
- It must be addressed to the respective diplomatic mission
