Tourist / Visitor Visa Documents Checklist
- Valid Passport (with 6 months validity & 2 blank pages)
- Signed Visa Form by the Traveler/Applicant with 2 Photos (3.5×4.5 cm, white background and matte finish as original copy)
- Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Original & Attested Bank Statement for 3-6 months)
- Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 2-3 years)
- Proof of occupation:
• Employed: Salary certificate of the last three (3-6) months of present occupation, employment contract plus company NOC to leave.
Also, please mention official email address of the applicant or email address HR department on the application form OR business card mentioning the official email ID of the applicant.
• Self-employed: GST certificate/ Udhyog Aadhar Memorandum/ Import Export Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation etc.
• Retired: Pension statements for last 3-6 months and/or proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.
• Student: Proof of enrollment/ registration in school/ College/ University. - Minor travelers:
• a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent , plus copies of parents passports or ID
• a minor travelling alone shall provide an Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or ID - Proof of Ownership of Properties, Fixed Deposits, Provident Funds etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
- Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & Flight Tickets Copies.
- Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire duration of the trip valid in Schengen area. The minimum coverage is 30,000 Euros.
- If going on Invitation, Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 1-3 months bank account statement.
- Previous Schengen Visa Copy (if available).
- Marriage certificate (if applicable).

- Proofs of Sufficient Funds (Bank Account Statement for 6 months, attested & signed by the bank)
- Proof of Income being Taxed (Income Tax Returns of 3 years)
- Proof of Present Employment or Business (Registration Deed, N.O.C from Employer, Salary Slips from Employer etc.)
- Proof of Ownership of Properties, Fixed Deposits, Provident Funds etc. in the applicant’s name (optional).
- Travel Itinerary with Day Wise detailed proposal, Hotel Confirmation Voucher & Flight Tickets Copies.
- Travel Medical Insurance covering the entire duration of the trip valid in Schengen area. The minimum coverage is 30,000 Euros
- If going on Invitation then Invitation Letter with ID proof of the Inviter along with 3 months bank account
- If you have traveled Schengen Area previously, then you must provide the visa copy.
- If married, you must provide marriage certificate.
